Refund Policy
At Youth Sustainability Forum 2025 (YSF25), we aim to ensure a fair and transparent process for any refund requests related to your registration.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
- Errors in payment processing or duplicate charges.
- If the event is canceled by YSF25.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at
order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. All refund requests
must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind cancellations or failure to attend YSF25.
Authority to Refund
As required by our payment processor, we may need to submit an Authority to Refund for any approved refund request to ensure compliance with Stripe’s procedures.
